Our Mission & Purpose

The Oddities Museum, Inc. is driven by an ongoing noble endeavor to preserve intriguing, historical artifacts. We enrich our community by providing an unparalleled educational path to a deeper consciousness through unique, immersive experiences.

How We Achieve Our Mission:

  • Historical Preservation: We actively salvage, document, and conserve rare cultural, biological, and historical curiosities that might otherwise be lost to time.

  • Public Education: We transform historical archives into accessible learning spaces, encouraging critical thinking, historical literacy, and scientific curiosity for the public.

  • Community Enrichment: We serve as a cultural hub in Chamblee, Georgia, offering low-barrier access to history, art, and immersive local programming.

From the Reverend

Throughout history, man has captured his thoughts, feelings and perspectives into his own creations and the collecting and utilization of Nature's creations. From the drawings of cave men, to the Eiffel Tower - man is intrigued by "stuff". I am no different, except maybe I appreciate a lot of "stuff".

The Oddities Museum is an experience. We are open to philosophical conversation, simple perusing of the curiosities and even soul searching.

This is a safe haven for all those with eclectic taste. We are not here to judge, but to embrace. In fact, as we grow, so will our amenities including art shows, pod casts, photography and workshops.

Come open your minds.

See things you have never seen before and become part of the beautiful community.

not necessarily for the faint of heart

The store and museum houses a large collection of unique acquisitions, historical artifacts, animal specimens and some thought provoking and emotional pieces.

Although we offer a magical platform for an intense experience, we cannot safeguard your feelings.

You may find yourself left extremely curious, inspired, educated but maybe even offended. WE EXPECT THAT! Please understand this atmosphere may not be appropriate for everyone.
