The Oddities Museum is at it again! We are transforming Heaven at The Masquerade into a creepy, fun summer event as we bring Halloween in the middle of July.
Gather with us and be entertained by the summer sounds of our musical guests: Possum Kingdom Ramblers and Genki Genki Panic
Are you ready to laugh, cry and be terrified?? The emcee is sure to knock your socks off. We introduce none other than Professor Morte of Silver Scream Spookshow. He will also be bringing his famous face painting booth conveniently located near our photo booth.
This event’s professional photo op will feature a very impressive “cemetery” scene with a real human skeleton and other realistic props. Put on your best summerwear and clash the vibe.
An event like this at The Masquerade isn’t complete without tasty treats at the bar. We are bringing the best summer and fall delights. So grab a drink special and head out to the floor, where you can shop to your heart’s content.
Upstairs and downstairs will be filled to the brim with exciting art and oddities from 35 incredible vendors, you are sure to find a treasure to cherish.

General Admission: Tickets are $10.00/adult, free for kids ages 10 and under at the door
VIP: Do you want the sneak peek before everyone else, that chance to get that one of a kind treasure before it gets snagged up, or are you just the type that wants to get in and get out and miss the crowd? Either way we’ve got the perfect opportunity for you. For only a few more bucks, you can be first in line with early access into the event. VIP tickets are available for $20.00 per adult and include an event poster.
GUEST SPOTLIGHT
SHANE MORTON is the mad scientist behind the Silver Scream FX LAB. At the age of three Shane Morton saw King Kong (’33), and he has been a monster maker ever since. In over three decades as a professional in the film industry, and horror business, he has worked with favorites such as Henry Zebrowski, Panos Cosmatos, Dan Fogler, and Rob Zombie.
He has designed and built horror attractions all over the country, the Atlanta Zombie Apocalypse being his biggest and best, and has designed and fabricated interactive art installations from New York City to Hollywood. You can see some of his favorite film work in the indie hits Bad Candy, Dear God No!, and Mandy (he is the creator of the infamous Cheddar Goblin), on television with Adult Swim’s Too Many Cooks and Your Pretty Face Is Going To Hell, where he was the Art Director of Hell and head of the make-up department, in Sam and Mattie Make a Zombie Movie, and the Twitch phenomenon CLICK SPORT-2. Hit videos by musical acts as varied as Mastodon, Killer Mike, The Black Lips, Orville Peck and the S.H.A.K.E video for Ne-Yo and about 100 others he art directed. His commercial clients are varied but, he has made attractions for Six Flags, and art directed commercials for major corporations such as McDonalds, Zaxby’s, Mercedes Benz and LEGO.
He is the producer, writer, director, and lead actor of The Silver Scream Spook Show, which has been scaring and entertaining Atlanta and national movie audiences for over 15 years. Shane’s most recent work can be seen in Adult Swim’s Yule Log on HBO directed by Casper Kelly, and the soon to be released sequel!

With a stage show that has been described as Texas Chainsaw Massacre meets the Munsters, Genki Genki Panic has amassed an impressive following in their 14 year history, sharing the stage with such bands as Nekrogoblikon, Harley Poe, Agent Orange, Dog Fashion Disco, The God Damn Gallows, Fiend Without A Face, The Messer Chups, Peelander Z, The Queers, The Meteors, Cancerslug, and John Christ of Danzig.
